Our Stakeholders
The InfoCamere Group builds a transparent and collaborative relationship with its stakeholders.
Aware of its institutional role and social responsibility, the InfoCamere Group promotes a transparent and collaborative dialogue with its Stakeholders. A careful analysis of the operational context allows the mapping of key interlocutors, activating targeted listening channels in order to foster coordinated growth. From this perspective, stakeholder identification is a strategic asset: it enables the interpretation of the expectations and priorities of the actors connected to the business model, effectively guiding the Group’s sustainability strategies towards the creation of shared value.
This systemic approach contributes to strengthening transparency, also in line with developments in the regulatory framework. Stakeholder engagement is implemented through structured tools such as mapping activities, dedicated surveys, and roundtable discussions, in order to integrate emerging needs into decision-making processes and reporting.
In line with this commitment, as part of the update of the materiality analysis, the Group conducted a targeted consultation on ESG topics identified through impact analysis. To encourage informed participation, structured surveys are administered to the various stakeholder categories (employees, customers, suppliers, and shareholders), preceded by dedicated training sessions. The findings resulting from this rigorous stakeholder engagement process, integrated with internal assessments, form the essential pillar for defining the sustainability topics that are material for the InfoCamere Group.
