Our commitment

The Sustainability Plan of the InfoCamere Group defines the objectives and lines of action to respond to stakeholder needs and evolve internal processes through an innovative approach aimed at maximising environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts.

The new 2025–2027 Plan confirms the commitment to sustainable development, reflecting one of the founding principles of the Sustainability Policy: the shared and widespread innovation of high-tech services as a response to the evolving needs of citizens and businesses.

Our objectives

The Sustainability Plan is based on five pillars: Policy, Place, Platform, Planet, and People. From this structure, strategic guidelines are developed that drive the Group’s actions, each supported by specific objectives and concrete implementation programmes.

The InfoCamere Group has implemented a structured and comprehensive system of guiding principles, rules, and procedures to be applied in the performance of its institutional duties. It promotes virtuous behaviour and combats corruption in line with the highest ethical standards, ensuring compliance with laws and internal regulations. Through certified management systems, it effectively addresses the complexity of its business and pursues continuous improvement of its activities. Particular attention is also given to responsible procurement principles, which ensure informed and sustainable choices along the supply chain.
