InfoCamere and Concrete Sustainability: From Digital to Planet Benefits

Salone CSR 2026

15/06/2026 – Veronica Padula, InfoCamere Director of Administration and Finance, recounts how sustainability is a daily practice transforming the country's system. It's not a slogan, but measurable commitment: in 2025, analysis of digital services' impact delivered through the Telemaco platform quantified concrete value generated for the first time. The result? 24,943 tons of CO₂ saved thanks to process dematerialization, equivalent to almost one million trees' absorption capacity.

"Sustainability means making the relationship between businesses, citizens and Public Administration simpler, more accessible and transparent," states Padula. InfoCamere manages data and services for over five million Italian businesses, and this responsibility materializes in concrete actions. In 2025, the "Export" Certificate of Origin management service reached 100% digital, completely eliminating paper forms. Yet InfoCamere's sustainability extends beyond environmental impact. With over one thousand employees distributed across the territory, the Group promotes a corporate model oriented to work-life balance and inclusion.

Finally, contribution toward PA and businesses passes through promoting diffused sustainable innovation: tools like SPID, digital signature and the Impresa Italia app (surpassed one million subscribers) represent digital responsibility's new face, where administrative efficiency and sustainability proceed together.
