Negotiated Composition, Sole 24 Ore: +17% Applications in Q1 2026

Il Sole 24 Ore published an analysis on negotiated composition trends based on data from Unioncamere's Business Crisis Observatory, processed by InfoCamere. In Q1 2026, procedure access requests totaled 455, recording a 17.6% increase compared to the same period in 2025.

InfoCamere data documents constant growth in use of the extrajudicial instrument introduced in November 2021: applications nearly quadrupled in four years, rising from 499 in 2022 to 1,735 in 2025, for a total of 4,411 requests since the national platform launch managed by the Chamber of Commerce system through Unioncamere.  Particularly significant is the success rate data: 21% of resolved applications had positive outcomes, identifying solutions that prevented insolvency. The growing trend documents how businesses increasingly resort to negotiated composition while crisis is still manageable, increasing recovery possibilities.
