Business crisis: negotiated crisis management helps save 777 companies and 4,000 jobs
04/10/2016 - Data from the Unioncamere-InfoCamere Business Crisis Observatory, reported by Il Sole 24 Ore, highlight two sides of the picture: growing business difficulties, but also more opportunities to protect companies and jobs.
Italy recorded 5,230 judicial liquidations in the first half of 2026. At the same time, more businesses are turning to negotiated crisis management, with 1,128 applications filed by 1 September.Of the 3,453 cases completed, 777 ended successfully, helping preserve around 4,000 jobs.
