This information note, provided in accordance with article 13 of (Italian) Legislative Decree 196/2003 – "Personal data protection code", and subsequent amendments (hereinafter "Privacy Code") , describes the procedures and purposes of the processing of personal data belonging to Users accessing this Site.

The information note on this page is valid only for this Site and is not applicable to other websites that may be accessed through hyperlinks.

DATA CONTROLLER

The Controller of data processing is InfoCamere S.C.p.A., a joint stock consortium IT company of the Italian Chambers of Commerce, with legal headquarters in Rome, Via G.B. Morgagni 13, and operational headquarters in Padua, Corso Stati Uniti 14.

DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES AND PROCEDURES

All personal data provided through this Site shall be processed in respect of the principles of lawfulness and fairness set out by the Privacy Code, in order to provide Users with the services requested as well as to reply to any requests or communications from Users, always whilst pursuing the institutional objectives of InfoCamere S.C.p.A.

Personal data will be processed by automated tools only for the time strictly necessary to complete the tasks for which it has been collected, or subsequently processed, in accordance with the provisions of article 11, letter e) of the Privacy Code. InfoCamere shall adopt all of the preventive security measures set out by the Privacy Code in order to avoid the risk of destruction or loss of data, unauthorized access or use that is illicit or non-compliant with the purpose of its collection.

VOLUNTARY TRANSMISSION OF DATA

In addition to the information provided for navigation data (cookies), the transmission of data using the forms available on this Site or any information sent on a voluntary basis by the User, is always optional; nonetheless, should the User fail to provide the data marked as "compulsory" on the request forms, InfoCamere will be unable to provide them with the services requested.

PERSONS IN CHARGE OF DATA PROCESSING AND SCOPE OF DISSEMINATION OF SAID DATA

Data shall be processed exclusively by the Persons in Charge of Data Processing pursuant to article 30 of the Privacy Code. Any third parties to whom data may be sent for processing activities connected with the purposes specified by this information note, shall be appointed by the Data Controller beforehand as external Data Processors, in accordance with article 29 of the Privacy Code. No data will be transmitted or disseminated in violation of the law.

 

 

USE OF COOKIES

Cookies are small strings of text sent from the websites accessed by the User to the User's terminal (normally to the browser), where they are memorized and then sent back to the websites when the same user accesses them again.

This Site may use "technical" cookies that do not allow for the collection of the User's personal identification data, as better described below:

  • session cookies: used to guarantee the site's normal navigation and use; the use of session cookies is strictly limited to the transmission of session IDs (made up of numbers randomly generated by the server), that are necessary to allow for secure and efficient navigation of the Site;

Google may also transmit this information to third parties if requested by law or when said third parties hold the aforementioned information on Google's behalf.

Users may, at any time, exercise the rights stated by article 7 of the Privacy Code, in order to obtain confirmation of the existence of data regarding them, to amend or update said data, to cancel it or to oppose its processing with legitimate cause, sending a specific request via email or certified email to protocollo@pec.infocamere.it belonging to InfoCamere S.C.p.A, with legal headquarters in Rome, via G.B. Morgagni 13, Controller of data processing.
